By accepting a service by Greener Clean, as the customer you are bound by the following Terms and Conditions. Greener Clean would like you to review this agreement, as use of our cleaning services constitutes your acceptance of these Terms and Agreement.
Cancellation Policy:
On receiving confirmation of a booking, Greener Clean has reserved that time - exclusively with you. If the appointment is cancelled less than twenty-four hours prior to the start time you will be charged 50% of the confirmed rate.We would very kindly ask for 48 hours notice or more if possible so we can reschedule your time and coordinate with our staff.When you cancel in under 24 hours we still have to pay staff and it is not possible to book any other cleans in such a short period of time. If we have to cancel a clean we will always reschedule to a time and day that suits you.
Cleaning Services:
- All cleaning tasks will be completed as detailed in our checklist
- All products and equipment are provided by Grenner Clean unless agreed otherwise.
- If, at any time prior to or during your service, if our Staff feels there is a safety issue, at their discretion, they can terminate the service.
- From time to time our team may take a before and after photo to assist with social media marketing. Please be assured no personal reference would ever be included and feel free to contact us if you wish to NOT have photos from your home on our social media platforms.
- The responsibility of parking is up to the customer. Our cleaners require parking for the entirety of your clean. If no free parking is available, either on the street, on the property, or in your building, the customer will need to cover the cost of paid parking. Please advise of this upfront when making your booking, so the cost of parking can be factored into the pricing.
- As hard working as our teams are, it can take time to get your home up to our Greener Clean high standard. The home will not be 100% perfect after the first visit to your property. It often takes up to 6 visits to get the whole house up to standard. The cleans can get quicker as time progresses and the staff get familiar with the layout too.
- If you leave a key or wish us to look after a key for you, please ensure they are clearly labelled.
Customer Responsibilities:
- Provide a safe working environment for our team members so we can provide an optimal service.
- Leave access unobstructed to those areas of your property requiring a service;
- Please ensure utilise are available to our team such as water, electricity so we can carry out our services.
- Prior to our arrival, please inform our team of any hazards, slippery surfaces or dangers you are aware of.
Payment Terms:
- The Customer agrees to pay at completion of service which is on the same day that you recieve your clean.
- Payments can be made via direct deposit from the invoice sent to the customers email address, alternatively you can arrange for a direct debit to be made.
- Failure to pay within 24 hours of your clean will incur a late payment fee of $25.
- A 50% deposit is required at time of booking for an End of Lease or Move Out Clean.
- Tax Invoices are available for all services carried out.
- Price Increases: Clients are given advance notice of any price increases. Greener Clean reserves the right to raise prices at any time.
Changes to Scopes of Works:
- Any changes to the service originally agreed to between Greener Clean and yourself must be advised to and the price agreed on prior to the service commencing.
Accidents, Breakage, Damage & Theft
- For any delicate surfaces such as stone, tiles, baths, floors or appliances - it is up to the client to provide appropriate cleaning products to use. Whilst Greener Clean uses conventional cleaning products, if it is a delicate surface, some products may cause damage. It is up to the client to notify Greener Clean of any delicate surfaces and to provide appropriate product.
- The Customer must inform Greener Clean or its Staff of any incident where an accident, breakage, damage to property within 12 hours of completion of the Service.
- To the extent permitted by law, the Customer is not entitled to claim any loss for any incident if the incident is not reported to Greener Clean or its Staff within 12 hours of completion of the Service.
- In the case of a complaint, Greener Clean requires to be notified within 12 hours after completion of the cleaning work.
- All fragile and highly breakable items must be secured or removed. Items excluded from liability are: cash, items of sentimental value, art and antiques.
End of Lease Cleans:
- We quote on a per hour basis.
- Although we make every attempt to provide the most accurate quote based on the details provided to us, it may be necessary that we alter your quote upon inspection if: The state of the property is not as expected, If your original requirements have changed or were incorrectly provided, If there are variations to the condition or size compared to standard room specifications.
- Quote is only an estimate, once we arrive onsite please note that we may need more time approved to complete the job. These jobs are intricately detailed. We recommend cleaning insides of cupboards/wardrobes yourself if you wanted to reduce the overall cost.
- If extra time is NOT approved, Greener Clean will not be held reliable for withholding of bond. We are happy to return on a per hour basis to fix any real estate agent requests.
- A 50% non-refundable deposit is required at time of booking for an End of Lease or Move Out Clean.
- We know that moving can be tough and a few pieces of trash may be left behind. We completely understand. However, if our cleaners find that your property requires a trip to the bin, we charge an extra fee for the service.
